The founders
Joanna brings twenty-five years of nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and philanthropy counsel to every engagement. She has architected campaigns from ten million to three hundred million dollars, raised more than thirty million annually as a global fundraising leader, and led as a chief executive in the United Nations system.
She is the face, the depth, and the trusted relationship in every room. Her gift for connecting the right person, the right specialist, and the right resource to the moment a client is in is what we mean by Impact Orchestrator. It is not a service. It is how she works.
Greg is a business technologist who builds systems that turn human judgment into scale. He brings a working AI operating system to the work, and hands it over to the organizations Harmony serves, running on their own infrastructure and owned outright.
