Terms of Use
Effective 14 July 2026. Applies to harmonygroup.vip, and to every programme bought through it.
What this is
This page sets out the rules for using harmonygroup.vip, and the terms of sale if you buy a place on one of our programmes.
The second half is the part that matters. If you are about to pay us, read "Buying a place on a programme" below. It tells you what you get, what you pay, when we charge your card, and what happens if you change your mind. We have tried to write it the way we would say it to you out loud.
Agreeing to these terms
By using this site you accept these terms. If you buy a place on a programme, you are also agreeing to the terms of sale below, and you tick a box at checkout to say so.
If you do not agree with something here, please do not buy. Better still, email us and tell us which part, because we would rather fix a bad term than lose a good person.
Who may use this site
You must be 18 or older. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you must have the authority to bind it.
What belongs to us
The words, images, design, and materials on this site belong to Harmony Group, Inc. or to the people we licensed them from. The same goes for what we give you inside a programme: the prompts, the practices, the workbooks, and the Living Playbook template.
Your Living Playbook is yours. What you write in it belongs to you, it stays yours, and you keep it after the programme ends. We say so on the site and we mean it.
The materials we hand you are for your own use. Please do not resell them, publish them, or run your own programme from them. If you want to use something of ours somewhere else, ask. We are usually glad to say yes.
How you may use this site
Use it like a decent person. Do not try to break into it, scrape it, overload it, or use it to do something unlawful. Do not pretend to be someone else. Do not upload anything harmful.
If you do any of that we may block you, and if you have paid us we may end your place without a refund.
Buying a place on a programme
This section covers Graceful Momentum and any other programme we sell through the checkout on this site.
What you get
When you buy a place on Graceful Momentum, you get:
- Eight facilitated group sessions across 90 days. Weekly for the first month (four sessions), then every second week.
- Weekly clarity prompts and neurosomatic practices between sessions.
- A Living Playbook, your personal plan for the season, which Joanna reads and responds to throughout, and which is yours to keep.
- A private online space for your cohort.
- A place in a curated group of no more than six people.
Sessions are held by video. We will agree the day and time with the cohort once everyone has registered.
We may make small changes to how a programme runs (the order of things, a session moved, a practice swapped) as we go. We will not cut what you paid for.
What you pay
There are two ways to pay, and you choose at checkout.
Pay in full: $3,000 USD. One charge, today. Nothing after that.
Pay monthly: three payments of $1,100 USD. Total $3,300 USD.
These are simply two ways to pay, and you pick the one that suits you. Paying over three months spreads the cost; paying in full costs less overall. Neither is a loan and there is no interest.
If you pay monthly, please read this
We want this to be impossible to misunderstand, so here it is in full.
- You are agreeing to three separate charges of $1,100 on the card you give us.
- The first charge happens today. The second happens about a month later. The third about two months later.
- Your card is saved by Stripe so we can take the second and third payments automatically. You do not have to do anything.
- After the third payment the plan ends by itself. There is no fourth charge. Nothing renews. Nothing carries on. We have built the system so that a fourth charge cannot happen, and we have put a second safeguard behind the first.
- The total you will pay is $3,300.
If you want to stop the plan before it finishes, email us and we will cancel it. What happens to the money you have already paid depends on our refund terms, below.
To stop a plan, email us at success@harmonygroup.vip and we will cancel it. We will confirm it to you in writing, and you will never have to chase us for it.
If a payment fails
If one of your monthly payments does not go through, we will email you and give you a chance to fix it. We will not cut you out of the cohort over a bounced card without talking to you first.
You have ten days to sort it out. We will email you when a payment does not go through, and again before that window closes. If it is still unpaid after ten days, we may pause your place until it is settled, and the balance you owe becomes due.
If the cohort is due to start within 48 hours, we cannot hold the ten days open, because the room is about to form. In that case the payment must be settled before the first session, or we will offer you a place in the next cohort instead.
Refunds and cancellation
We keep the cohort to six people. We turn people away to hold it there, and when you take a seat, it comes off the table. That shapes everything below.
Before the cohort begins. Cancel at least seven days before the first session and we refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason.
After the first session. Come to session one. If you decide it is not for you, tell us before session two begins and we refund you in full. Still no reason needed. We would rather you found that out in the room than wondered about it for ninety days.
After session two begins, your place is yours and the fee is not refundable. The room is formed by then, the group has begun its work, and we cannot resell your seat. If something serious happens in your life and you have to step away, tell us. We will do what we can, and we would far rather hear from you than not.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually take five to ten days to appear.
If you are paying monthly. Cancel inside the window above and we stop the remaining payments and refund what you have already paid. Cancel after it, and the payments that remain still stand.
If we cancel a cohort. Sometimes a cohort will not fill, or something happens on our side. If we cancel before it starts, you choose: all of your money back, promptly and without argument, or your seat moved to the next cohort at the price you paid, not the new one. If we have to stop a cohort partway through for a reason on our side, we refund the part you did not receive.
Missing a session is not a refund. Life happens. Sessions are recorded and you can catch up.
If a cohort does not run
Sometimes a cohort will not fill, or something happens on our side and we cannot run it.
If we cancel a cohort before it starts, you get all of your money back. All of it, promptly, with no argument and no admin fee. You may also choose to move your place to the next cohort instead, at the price you paid, not the new one.
If we have to stop a cohort partway through for a reason on our side, we will refund you for the part you did not receive.
If the cohort has already started
The cohort you are buying into, and the date it begins, are stated on the programme page and at checkout at the time you buy. That is the cohort you get a place in. We do not name dates in these Terms, because cohorts run on their own schedule and this page would be out of date within a month.
We will not sell you a place in a cohort that is already running without telling you first, plainly, what you have missed and what you will still get. If we cannot give you the full programme, we will not charge you the full price.
If you cannot make a session
Life happens. Sessions are recorded and you can catch up. Missing a session does not entitle you to a refund or a discount.
What coaching is, and what it is not
This matters, so we are not going to bury it.
We do not promise you a result. Coaching is not a machine you put money into and get an outcome out of. What you get from Graceful Momentum depends on what you bring to it, what is going on in your life, and a hundred things neither of us controls. Anything on this site describing what other people have found, or what you might find, is an honest account of what is possible, not a promise about you.
We do not guarantee that you will find your next chapter, land a role, start a venture, raise money, feel better, or earn anything at all. Nobody honest could.
This is not medical care, and it is not therapy. Joanna is a coach and a facilitator. She is not your doctor, your therapist, your psychologist, or your counsellor, and nothing in this programme is a diagnosis or a treatment. Our practices are drawn from the science of how the body and the nervous system respond, but they are not clinical care and they are not a substitute for it.
If you are unwell, or in crisis, please see someone who is qualified to help you. Keep seeing them. Do not stop a treatment, or change a medication, or ignore a doctor, because of anything said in one of our sessions. If something in this programme brings up more than you expected, tell us, and tell someone qualified.
This is not financial, legal, or tax advice either.
Recording
Our group sessions are recorded on video so that anyone who misses one can catch up. By joining a session, you accept that you will be recorded.
You decide what you say. If you do not want to be in a recording, tell us and we will sort it out, either by cutting you from it or by not recording that session. You will never be pushed to share something you do not want to share.
Recordings are for the cohort. They are not marketing material. We will not use a recording of you, or a quote from you, in any public or promotional way unless you tell us in writing that we may.
What happens in the room
The whole thing only works if people can be honest. So: what is said in the cohort stays in the cohort. That goes for us and it goes for you. Do not repeat what someone else shared, and do not share the recordings, the group space, or the materials with anyone outside the group.
The usual disclaimers
We provide this site and our programmes with care, but "as they are". We do not promise the site will never go down, never have a mistake in it, or always be available.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties that would otherwise apply.
The limit of what we owe you
If something goes wrong and we are responsible, the most we will ever owe you is the amount you actually paid us. We will not be liable for indirect losses, or for lost profit, lost opportunity, or lost earnings.
Nothing in these terms limits anything that the law does not let us limit. We are not trying to sign away your rights against us for fraud, or for hurting someone on purpose, and we could not do so even if we wanted to.
If we disagree
If you are unhappy, tell us first. Email us and we will talk to you. Almost everything gets sorted at that stage, and we would far rather fix it than fight it.
If we cannot sort it between us, we will both try mediation before either of us goes to court.
If it still cannot be resolved, it goes to the courts of San Diego County, California, and we both agree those courts can hear it.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top.
If you have already bought a place, the terms you agreed to on the day you bought are the terms that apply to your purchase. We will not change the deal on you after you have paid.
