Privacy Policy
Effective 14 July 2026. Applies to harmonygroup.vip, including the enrollment checkout.
What this is
This page tells you what we do with your information when you visit harmonygroup.vip or buy a place on one of our programmes. It is short because we do very little with it. Read it in five minutes and you will know everything.
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover any other business or product run by our founders.
The short version
We built this site to be quiet.
- We do not use analytics. We do not know how many people visit, where they came from, or what they clicked.
- We do not use advertising trackers. No pixels, no retargeting, no data brokers.
- We do not set tracking cookies. One narrow exception, on the checkout page only. See "Cookies" below. It is there to stop card fraud.
- We do not sell your information. We never have and we will not.
- We do not send your information to anyone except the payment company that takes your card, and the tools we need to actually run the programme you paid for.
The rest of this page is the detail behind those five sentences.

We are the ones who decide what happens to your information. If you want to reach a human about anything on this page, write to the address above and you will get a person, not a ticket number.
What we collect
When you are just reading the site
From us: nothing. We do not track you across the site. We do not build a profile. We do not know who you are.
Two things still happen, and you should know about both.
1. Our web server keeps a log. Like nearly every website, our server writes a short line for each page it sends. That line holds your IP address, the name of your browser, the page you asked for, and the time. We use these logs to keep the site running and to see if someone is attacking it. We do not link them to you, and we do not use them for marketing.
2. Our fonts are served from our own server. The typeface used on this site is loaded directly from our own server. No font request leaves your browser to a third party on a normal page visit. Nothing at all leaves your browser on a normal visit to this site.
When you write to us
There is no contact form on this site. We took it down. You write to us at success@harmonygroup.vip, and a person reads it and replies.
Your email sits in our mailbox like any other. We use it to answer you, and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list.
(We are building a contact form that will run on our own server, so that a message to us passes through no third party at all. When it is live, this section will say so.)
When you buy a place on a programme
Our checkout uses Stripe, a payment company. Here is exactly how it works, because the detail is in your favour.
When you fill in the checkout form, your name, email address, billing address, and card details go straight from your browser to Stripe. They do not pass through our server. We never see your card number, and we could not store it even if we wanted to.
Our own server receives one thing only: which of the two payment options you picked. That is the whole message. It holds no name, no email, and no card.
Stripe then tells us that a payment succeeded, and Stripe holds the record of who you are and what you paid. We look that record up in Stripe when we need to, to know who is in a cohort, or to handle a refund. We do not copy it into a database of our own. We do not have one.
Stripe also uses your information to spot fraud and to meet the rules that apply to payment companies. That is Stripe's business, not ours, and Stripe's privacy policy explains it.
Alongside your payment we record that you accepted our terms: the fact of it, which version, and when. That record lives on the payment itself, at Stripe.
When you take part in a programme
Once you are in a cohort, we hold more about you, because we have to in order to do the work.
- What you write. Your Living Playbook, your answers to the weekly prompts, and anything you share in the group. Joanna reads these. That is the point of the programme.
- Session recordings. Our group sessions are held on Google Meet or Zoom and are recorded, so that anyone who misses one can catch up. That means your image, your voice, and what you say are recorded and kept.
- The group space. We run a private online space for each cohort on Circle. Your name and what you post there are held on that platform.
Please read this next part carefully. Our sessions are a place where people talk about real things: a health crisis, a marriage, a business they sold, what they are afraid of. You decide what you say. Nothing obliges you to share anything, and you can ask us to stop the recording or to cut you from it. If you would rather a session was not recorded at all, say so and we will work it out with the group.
We do not ask you for health information, and we do not want a record of it. If you choose to share something of that kind, we treat it as confidential and we keep it inside the cohort.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own. None. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not to remember you.
The one exception: on the checkout page and the thank-you page, Stripe sets its own cookies. They exist so Stripe can tell a real customer from a stolen card. They are part of how the payment works. They are not used to advertise to you, and we cannot read them.
Every other page on this site sets nothing at all.
Who we share your information with
A short list, and it is the whole list.
| Who | What they get | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Your name, email, billing address, card details, and what you paid | To take your payment. There is no way to pay us without this. |
| Google Meet or Zoom | Your name, and your image, voice, and words in a session, including the recording | The group sessions are held and recorded there. |
| Circle | Your name and whatever you post | Circle runs the private online space for your cohort. |
And that is it.
- We do not sell your information. Not for money, not for anything else.
- We do not share it for advertising.
- We do not give it to data brokers.
- We do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
We would hand information over to a court, a regulator, or the police if the law made us. If that ever happens and we are allowed to tell you, we will.
How long we keep things
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Server logs | A short period, only as long as we need them to run and protect the site |
| Your payment record | Held by Stripe. We keep our own accounting records for as long as tax and company law require, which in the United States is generally seven years. |
| Emails you send us | As long as our conversation is useful, and then we delete them |
| Your Living Playbook and what you wrote | For the length of the programme and a reasonable period after, so you can come back for it. Ask us to delete it and we will. |
| Session recordings | Available to your cohort for the 90 days of the programme plus a 60 day grace period, so nobody misses a session they paid for. After that we delete them. We do not keep recordings of these conversations for ever. |
How we look after it
We keep the site behind good defaults: everything is served over an encrypted connection, the server refuses to load code from anywhere except Stripe, and our payment keys never leave our own server. Card details never touch our systems at all.
We will not pretend to be a bank. We are a small company. But we hold very little about you, and holding little is the best protection there is.
Your rights
We give these rights to everyone, wherever you live. Some laws only require us to give them to certain people. We did not want a policy where your rights depend on your postcode, so we did not write one.
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it. We will, unless the law makes us keep it, for example a record of a payment we have to keep for tax.
- Send it to you in a portable form, so you can take it somewhere else.
- Stop using it for something, or object to how we are using it.
Just email us. We will not make you fill in a form, or prove who you are with a passport. We will answer within 30 days, and if we need longer we will tell you why. Asking will never cost you anything, and we will never treat you worse for asking.
If you live in California
California gives its residents specific rights, and we want to be clear about how we meet them.
- The categories of information we collect are listed above, in full.
- We collect it to run this website, take your payment, and deliver the programme you bought. Nothing else.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have never done either. Because we do not, there is nothing for you to opt out of, and you will not find a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link on this site. That is not an oversight.
- We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose other than delivering what you asked for.
- You have the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to not be discriminated against for asking. Those rights are set out above, and we give them to everyone.
If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union
We are a United States company and we do not market to Europe. But Joanna's network is global, and a cohort may well include someone who lives in Europe. If that is you, here is where you stand.
We handle your information because we need it to do what you asked us to do, which is to run the programme you bought, and because we have a genuine business need to keep the site working and safe. Where we ask for your consent, for instance to record a session, you can take that consent back at any time.
Your information is held in the United States. You have all the rights listed above, and you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority if you think we have got this wrong. We would much rather you told us first.
Children
This site and our programmes are for adults. We do not offer anything to children, and we do not knowingly collect anything about anyone under 16. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will change the date at the top. If the change matters, and particularly if we ever start collecting something new, we will email everyone who has bought from us and tell them plainly what changed. We will not quietly rewrite this page and hope you do not notice.
Contact
Write to us. A person will read it.
