The work that changes the world rarely fails for lack of passion. It fails for lack of the right counsel, the right strategy, and the right technology at the right moment. Harmony Group exists to close that gap, for the leaders and funders carrying missions larger than themselves.
For twenty-five years, Joanna Wasmuth helped some of the world’s most consequential organizations raise the money they needed to do the work that mattered. She architected campaigns from ten million to three hundred million dollars, raised more than thirty million annually as a global fundraising leader, and led as a chief executive in the United Nations system.
Then she stepped back. Not to rest, but to ask a question she had been too busy to ask: what does it look like to lead from the inside out, and to help other leaders do the same? That question became Harmony Group.

Joanna leads the firm and every client relationship. Twenty-five years of nonprofit leadership, fundraising, coaching, and philanthropy counsel stand behind each engagement, including a career that carried her to Managing Director at Carter Global and to chief executive within the United Nations system. Her rarest gift is curation: connecting the right person, the right resource, and the right moment, what we mean by Impact Orchestrator.
Greg Wasmuth
Greg partners on technology and AI. He is the developer of Flourisha, a live, in-production multi-agent AI operating system already running across real organizations, and he now directs a team of AI specialists the same way he once directed sixty developers building a platform still generating forty-five million dollars a year.
