Greg Wasmuth

Co-Founder and Technology Partner, Harmony Group
Greg Wasmuth

Greg Wasmuth is not a strategist with a slide deck. He builds the thing, or he builds the team that builds it.

Earlier in his career, working inside one of the world's largest advertising agencies, he assembled a sixty-person global team and spent two years building NxGEN, a marketing platform for eight automotive manufacturers, General Motors, Toyota, and Ford among them. NxGEN is still running. It still brings in forty-five million dollars a year.

Today he builds the same kind of system in weeks, not years. The team is no longer sixty people. It is a roster of AI agents he built and now directs, the same way he once directed the sixty. The scale did not shrink. The headcount did.

Thirty years in the field

Greg has spent thirty years at the place where business, marketing, and technology meet. Across General Motors, Toyota, Ford, Charles Schwab, Google, and Amazon Web Services, that work has produced two point one billion dollars in combined revenue impact.

Harmony Conductor, Charles Schwab

At Charles Schwab, Greg led the team behind Harmony Conductor, a campaign platform for distributed marketing teams. In its first week live, ten thousand users sent a new campaign every twelve seconds.

The Vertex AI Migration Program, Google

At Google, he ran the Vertex AI Migration Program, moving Fortune 100 companies' highest-revenue accounts onto Vertex AI. The work was as much about change management as architecture: knowing which systems could move fast, and which would break if pushed too hard.

Flourisha

All of that built toward one thing. Flourisha is a live, in-production multi-agent AI operating system, and Greg is its developer. It runs today, self-hosted, adversarially tested rather than assumed safe, and it is what every one of his Harmony engagements is built from.

Flourisha is also how Greg works now. Instead of directing a team of people, he directs a team of named AI specialists who hand work to each other, review each other, and run many workstreams at once without colliding. It is the same job he did with sixty developers on NxGEN. It just runs at a different speed now.

At Harmony

At Harmony, Greg leads the Technology and AI practice. Its core offering is Systems Architecture: taking the architecture that runs Flourisha and setting it up on a client's own infrastructure, tailored to their business, owned by them outright. A client does not rent Greg's time indefinitely. They receive a working system built from years of proven work, and a team that can run it without him.

For an organization that is not yet sure where to start, the practice's front door is an AI assessment: a focused diagnostic that shows where AI is ready to help, where it is not, and what to do first.

The partnership

Joanna leads the firm and every client relationship. Greg's technology is the accelerant. His system is what lets her decades of curated knowledge stop depending on one person's memory and start reaching the right person automatically. That pairing, deep human counsel plus a working AI engine, is the reason the two of them built Harmony together.

The record

Thirty years of building the systems

Greg led the Vertex AI migration program at Google, running enterprise platform migrations for Fortune 100 clients. Before that he was Senior Director of Product and Innovation at Epsilon, and his work has been delivered for GM and Charles Schwab. As General Manager of Cloud Marketplace at F33 he stood up the partner practice for Google Cloud and AWS and grew it by 218 percent.

Across thirty years in business, marketing, and technology, the work he has contributed to has carried combined revenues of 2.1 billion dollars.

If your organization has outgrown its own technology foundation, Greg's Systems Architecture practice is where that conversation starts.
